A voucher is created only by the server after a finally verified win at prize stage 7, 14, or 18. A verified email, an active account, an authoritative server race record, and a result that is not under review are required.

The prize entitlement is bound to the unified account and the specific prize stage. Replaying the result, signing in from another device, or merging profiles cannot create a second prize.

Current prize levels are 100 ₾, 200 ₾, and 1000 ₾. An active, unused 100 ₾ voucher and 200 ₾ voucher combine into a 300 ₾ discount on one ATV purchase. Both codes remain separate in the account and audit history.

When the 1000 ₾ voucher is issued, any unused 100 ₾ and 200 ₾ vouchers are superseded; the 1000 ₾ voucher remains the only active prize voucher.

• Validity: 30 days after confirmed issuance.
• It may be applied to any selected GRED MOTO ATV to reduce its price by the active value.
• If both the 100 ₾ and 200 ₾ vouchers are active, they are redeemed together in the same sale for a total discount of 300 ₾.
• Each code is single-use and cannot be redeemed again.
• The voucher is not exchangeable for cash and gives no change unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Other discounts

Cannot be combined with other discounts unless the store states otherwise in writing.

Transfer to another person is prohibited.

Product returns

Product returns and the refund amount are governed by Georgian law and the sale document. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

• ACTIVE — not expired and available for one-time redemption.
• USED — redeemed by the store and cannot be used again.
• EXPIRED — the 30-day validity period has ended.
• BLOCKED — cancelled, superseded by the final value, under review, or otherwise unavailable for redemption.

Store staff validate the code in the protected administration system, verify the owner, and record the sale reference and selected product. Active 100 ₾ and 200 ₾ codes are redeemed together and atomically in one sale: either both complete or neither changes. Repeating the same sale cannot grant a second discount.

The system records issuance, validation, redemption, expiry, and administrative blocking. The audit trail contains the time, status transition, and responsible staff member or system action. Full codes are not written to ordinary analytics or application logs.

These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights under Georgian law. Where the law sets different rules for pre-contract information, withdrawal from a distance or off-premises purchase, product returns, or reimbursement, the law prevails.
