DATA AND DELETION

In “Account and privacy,” select “Request a data copy.” After identity verification, an export will be prepared containing core account details, identities, progress, consents, vouchers, and critical-action history where disclosure does not compromise others’ security.

Response period: 30 calendar days.

1. Open “Account and privacy” and select “Delete account.”
2. Verify identity through a linked channel.
3. Review the consequences and separately confirm irreversible deletion.

After completion, access, career, garage, balance, fuel, season, and personal links are deleted or irreversibly anonymized to the extent required by applicable law. An active voucher may become unavailable; use it or contact support first. Minimum redemption, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute records may remain where legally required.

Request contact: info.gredmoto@gmail.com. State that you request a copy or deletion, but do not send an OTP, Telegram initData, auth token, or full voucher code. Staff will arrange secure identity verification.

You do not need to delete the account merely to stop advertising. Use the marketing preference or the unsubscribe link in an email.
